    The business owner creates an API key in morning and you paste it into Pinkas. It takes a minute.

  2. Pinkas pulls the data

    Invoices, receipts, expenses, clients and suppliers, seven years back. A new document arrives within minutes.

    See what's urgent, close a period, and download the VAT pack.

Before you file, not after

Every period goes through checks before it closes. A blocking check stops the close until someone deals with it.

  1. Invoices over the threshold without an allocation number, only where the business needs one
  2. Input VAT claimed more than six months after the invoice date
  3. A supplier invoice recorded twice
  4. A supplier with no tax ID
  5. Documents that didn't arrive from morning, or arrived partly

Pinkas calculates the figures. Filing with the Tax Authority stays with you.

Everything in Pinkas is also available in code, with the same permissions.

    REST with an OpenAPI description. Each user gets their own API key, with permissions per business.

  • Command line

    pinkas-cli returns the same data as JSON, for scripts and exports.

  • MCP

    Connects to Claude, Cursor and VS Code. Anything that writes data needs explicit confirmation.

Security

  • Encrypted keys

    Your clients' API keys are stored encrypted. The key that decrypts them is kept elsewhere.

  • Firms kept apart

    The database itself stops one firm from seeing another firm's data.

  • Audit log

    Every sign-in, connection and action goes into a log that can't be edited afterwards.

  • Hourly backups

    An encrypted backup every hour, off the server. A full restore has been tested for real.

Servers are in the EU.
